We are friends who decided to start their online store so that others who have a limited budget like us can still afford albums and merchandise of their faves! ♡
KPUP PH is a Philippine based online shop that provides assorted K-POP and Korean items for affordable prices. KPUP PH establishes its legitimacy and trustworthiness by providing quality and well packaged items to its customers
GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. All products are official and original (unless otherwise stated).
2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read all the details of the items before ordering. Please be 3000% sure of the items that you will be including in the order form.
3. No return, no exchange, no refund. We take time in carefully wrapping the products into safety by using bubble wrap and boxes as necessary. We are not responsible for any defects on sealed items.
4. Bogus buyers and joy reservers are not allowed! Please be 3000% sure of your intent to buy a product before placing an order to avoid being posted as bogus buyers or joy reservers. The shop has the right to decline an order from tagged bogus buyers and joy reservers.
5. Payments are strictly non-refundable. Orders, once confirmed, strictly cannot be cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are only done if the purchased product(s) is/are no longer available or sold-out. Orders can only be secured once the buyer has completed payment.
6. For pre-ordered items, order only if you are willing to wait. Normal ETA takes 3-6 weeks without delays upon shipment from Korea. Once released, shipment and sorting of orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
7. Onhand items require full payment for the item + local shipping fee.
8. The shop reserves the right to label items as unclaimed merchandise if the buyer has failed to pay the remaining balance within 2 weeks of arrival in PH. Any previous payment will be forfeited and items will be made available to other buyers.

ORDER & CONFIRMATION
1. Again, please be 3000% sure of your purchase. Strictly no return, no exchange, and no refund unless the product(s) is/are unavailable or sold-out.
2. Please wait up to 3 days for order confirmation through email before paying. This is usually done on Tuesday and Saturday nights.
3. If you do not receive an order confirmation within the stated duration, please check on #KPPHanuna for more information or send us a message.
4. If cancellation is inevitable, there will be Php 300 cancellation for every item ordered. However, if the price exceeds Php 1000 and has been secured, the cancellation fee is P500 per item. This also applies to all who replies "mine" or "woof" to our posts. Should you wish to avoid having to pay, you may opt to look for another person who will be willing to take your slot. Otherwise, you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
5. DOP can be extended 1-2 days from initial DOP in the email confirmation. However, this is only if the shop is informed of this request 3 days in advance and is still subject to deliberation. Otherwise a P50 late payment fee per day will be charged. Item will NOT BE SHIPPED and NO REFUNDS will be made if buyer fails to pay this fee.
MODE OF PAYMENT
1. Payments shall be done according to the time frame set by the shop upon order confirmation. Failure to do so shall result in the cancellation of order and one’s inclusion in the list of bogus buyers/joy reservers.
2. Currently, we are only accepting payment through the following: (1) BPI, (2) GCash, (3) Paypal (add 50).
3. A POP shall be sent by the buyer to the shop’s email. It shall be a reply to the email stating the order confirmation. An email will also be sent once we have confirmed your payment.
4. Strictly pay through the listed MOPs, payments done through other modes will not be accepted and shall be forfeited.
5. It is solely the buyer’s responsibility if payment is sent to the wrong account. Please double check the Account Numbers upon payment, otherwise payment will be forfeited.
MEETUPS
1. Meet ups will only be entertained in accordance with the available schedule of the shop owners and will have no fixed time slots and thus will vary widely. If there are any questions, you may message us through any of our social media accounts.
2. Meetups in Laguna are done from Monday - Friday and are limited only to:
UPLB/Grove areaRobinson's Town Mall Los BanosAlfamart, Jubileeville, Bay
3. Meetups within Metro Manila are limited to:
Robinson's ManilaVista Place Taguig
Meetups are suspended during the observance of quarantine protocols. You may opt to pick-up your items in Los Baños, Laguna. Further details will be disclosed upon pick-up.
SHIPPING
1. Shipping will be conducted 1-2 weeks after arrival in PH. Updates will be posted as necessary.
2. Shipping will only be through (1) Abest, (2) LBC, (3) JRS, (4) Lalamove, and (5) Grab.
3. Combined shipment is allowed given that the orders fall under the same ETA.
4. In case the package is shipped to the wrong individual, the shop will be held responsible and shall cover the fees.
5. Items may be shipped to LBC/JRS Branches. Please indicate the preferred branch in the Delivery Address.
We are both currently in Laguna as of the moment. In addition, Abest and Lalamove are the most accessible couriers to us as of the moment. If you wish to have your items shipped through other couriers, delays shall be expected.
PASABUY
1. Pasabuy covers Line Friends Store in Robinsons Manila and pasabuy from other shops may also be requested. However, we have expanded this tag to also include pasabuy, pahanap and rare item finds from Korea.
2. Pasabuy purchases cover the fee of the products itself + service fee according to the items’ size and difficulty to handle.
3. Price of the products are not final and may be subject to change accordingly with the shops and sellers from which we will be buying from.
4. Please note that we will only push through with the pasabuys once the buyer has sent POP.
5. Pahanaps and other rare items will require 50% downpayment within 3 days of order confirmation through email. The remaining balance shall be settled according to the set deadline of payment.
SUBMITTING AN ORDER FORM MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO ALL OF KPUP PH’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Check our Ongoing GOs, Pasabuy, and Onhand items to check what you would like to avail.
2. Make sure to read through our Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable if the customer has failed to do so
3. Reply woof/mine if applicable and fill out the order form below and send through DM once you are 3000% sure of your purchase. Wait up to 3 days for an email confirmation of your order.

NOTE: We will try to give freebies as much as possible. There will always be freebies for BTS items and you may indicate your bias in the request/suggestions portion of the order form. However, orders from other groups is still subject to the no. of order we get for each group. You may opt to avail BTS freebies if we will not be able to give freebies for your order.
